Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Changes: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at byleafs9@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia): We offer standard and expedited shipping options within Malaysia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
4. Shipping Carriers We partner with various shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The carrier will be selected based on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
5. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. ByLeafs is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at byleafs9@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
